½ cup pinto beans

½ cup lentils

1 serving cooking spray

8 ounces fresh mushrooms, finely chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 egg

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram (Optional)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ cup rolled oats

¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

¼ cup sunflower kernels, chopped


Put pinto beans và lentils into two separate pots of water; bring both to lớn a boil, turn off heat, cover, & let stand 1 hour.
