What you’ll need:

1 package al fresco Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage, sliced

1 stalk green onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 cups ripe napa kimchi, chopped into small pieces

2 tbsp kimchi juice

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Korean chili pepper powder

1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

3 cups cooked rice, cooled

3 tsp sesame oil

sesame seeds

fried eggs

Optional: roasted seaweed

Directions: In a large frying pan, heat cooking oil on medium heat và stir fry green onion and chicken sausage slices. Once sausage is browned, địa chỉ kimchi, some kimchi juice, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, & chili pepper powder. Stir fry until kimchi is slightly soft.
