1 lb salmon fillet1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder

Fillings:

Vermicelli Noodles (boil to lớn package directions)LettuceCarrots (Julienned)Cucumber (Julienned)

Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce:

2 50% tbsp sugar2 tbsp warm water2 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp lime juice4 garlic cloves (diced)1 birdseye chili (sliced)

For Indoor Searing Grill:

1. Season salmon with salt, đen pepper, garlic powder, và onion powder2. Heat up Hamilton Grill lớn 350 degrees và spray with nonstick cooking spray3. Cook Salmon for 5 mins, then flip & cook for another 10 mins4. Assemble your rolls: Wet your rice paper and top with vermicelli noodles, lettuce, carrots and salmon5. Lớn make dipping sauce: combine all ingredients under dipping sauce section to lớn taste (add more sugar if you like sweet/lime if more tart)
