In this easy and quick recipe, Chinese Sausage Fried Rice (Cơm rán Lạp Xưởng), we’ll need khổng lồ use steamed rice, best if kept over night in the fridge. We’ll also need Chinese sausage, sweet corn & green pea. You can use the frozen bags of corn & pea at super markets. You’ll need a stir fry pan và a non-stick fry pan.

A delicious, quick & easy recipe, Chinese Sausage Fried Rice (Cơm cừu Lạp Xưởng). Ingredients: steamed rice, Chinese sausage, sweet corn & peas.
2 50% cup cooked rice2 Chinese sausage (diced)1/2 cup sweet corn1/2 cup green peas2 green onions (chopped)2 eggs (beaten)1 garlic cloves (minced)1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp sugar1/4 tsp ground pepper2 tsp vegetable oil
Fry the beaten egg with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until it"s set. Cut into thin strips & set aside.

Stir fry diced Chinese sausages for 2 minutes. địa chỉ cửa hàng peas và corns and stir fry for another 2 minutes on medium heat. Mix aside.
