These basa fish cakes are made with chickpeas, making them wheat and gluten-free. Plus they are with a game-changing avocado-tahini sauce.

300gWoolworths basa filletssea salt và freshly ground black pepper, khổng lồ, to lớn oil, plus extra for frying1onion, finely chopped2tground cumin1tground pinchchilli flakes1clovegarlic, crushed10-15gfresh, chopped1 x 400 gcanchickpeas, can30 gchickpea flour1free-range egg, beaten½ cupolive oil, for fryingFor the avocado-tahini sauce, mash together:1avocado2Ttahini1Tlemon juice1clovegarlic, crushedsea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to lớn

1. Salt the fish & chill overnight. Before using, rinse & dry well. Fry gently in 2 T olive oil until just Remove from the pan and gently soften the onion in the same pan, adding a little more oil if necessary.
