These basa fish cakes are made with chickpeas, making them wheat and gluten-free. Plus they are with a game-changing avocado-tahini sauce.

1. Salt the fish & chill overnight. Before using, rinse & dry well. Fry gently in 2 T olive oil until just dienmayducminh.com.vnoked. Remove from the pan and gently soften the onion in the same pan, adding a little more oil if necessary.

2. Set 1 T olive oil with the ground cumin, dienmayducminh.com.vnriander & chilli and spread over the dienmayducminh.com.vnoked fish. Stir the garlic into the softened onion.
