¾ tbsp Soy sauce½ tbsp Mirin½ tbsp Sake (rice wine)¾ tsp Sugar

Green onion as neededShichimi (seven-flavor chili pepper) as needed (chili powder can be used as substitute)
Slice the chicken into 2 ½ inch by ½ inch pieces.
